Nicolas will give you personalized service. He learns what you like and can recommend amazingly great quality humanely raised protein options. He delivers right to your door! Often answers your requests well after business hours. The quality of meat, fish and poultry is the best. I previously ordered from high end meat supplies and became disappointed by the decrease in quality and price increases. Nicolas's filet mignon and chateabriand restored my faith in Ontario beef.

Excellent quality. Fantastic swordfish, ocean perch, gourmet burgers and more! If you're into clams, will even shuck them for you!! A great find and a must see for sure.

Last year we bought fresh Digby Scallops. Never had such scallops before, we opened the bag and the entire kitchen smelled like the sweetest ocean kiss…mmmmmm We ordered some a week ago, same experience. Can’t wait to order more seafood from Nicolas!!!!
